The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Due to significant investment and increased demand, our client has an exciting opening for a talented Print Production Supervisor to contribute to their dynamic team, within the Exhibition, Events and Conferences arena. You will be the primary point of contact in this hands-on Print and Finishing role ensuring deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will possess strong all round production skills with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results. As the key production person, you will not only oversee core day to day production you will also collaborate closely with the Production Manager to contribute to the overall success of the department and company.
Responsibilities- Hands on Print and Finishing skills (a must) in Wide Format
- Ability to manage and schedule tight deadlines
- Solutions led; understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Define tasks and required resources within the department
- Create project timelines with clearly identified key deliverables
- Plan projects, working with production teams to timescales, venue and installations
- Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and professional manner
- Vast knowledge of Large and Wide format graphics
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Understand different types of display media and finishing options
- Installation of graphics and stand experience would be advantageous
- Excellent logistical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan workloads and projects
- Experience of operating large format printing kit such as HP, Canon, Mimaki etc. as well as large format cutting machinery
