We offer an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme providing structured training and ongoing support throughout your employment. Our approach combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.

Our programme integrates classroom learning with regular assessments and practical tasks, aiming to equip Trainees with the skills for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor. Applicants should have:

  • A passion for residential property and surveying.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
  • An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
  • A minimum of four years' property-related work experience, such as negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or relevant experience in asset management, LPA, or property management involving caseload handling and decision-making.
