Our client, one of London's finest estate agency brands with an international presence, is looking to recruit an experienced senior sales negotiator for their top-performing Chelsea/Fulham office. They are also seeking someone for their South Kensington office.
As a company, they have a great brand, are highly regarded in the markets they cover, and are looking for experienced negotiators who believe in delivering the best in quality and service to clients.
You must ideally meet the following requirements:
- 12 months relevant experience in residential property, preferably within the London market, as a sales negotiator
- Enjoy networking
- Be customer-focused, well-presented, and organized
- Have strong valuation and market appraisal experience
- Have a successful track record in residential sales
- Have a Full clean driver's license
