We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy and proactive Talent Operations Coordinator to join our centralised recruitment team. You will play a vital role in helping to drive the operational success of our hiring efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers from start to finish.
Supporting the Talent Operations Business Partner, you will help drive team efficiency through the use of technology and automation. You will manage recruitment reporting and analytics, help maintain and improve the integrity of our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and keep our recruitment processes organised, data-driven and candidate-friendly.
