We're looking for an Events Officer to join our vibrant Marketing and Events Team at ICMP & SAE. Based in London, you will play a crucial part in planning and executing key recruitment and student experience events at our London and Leamington Spa campuses. If you're excited about making a difference and creating memorable experiences for our students and prospective students, we want you on our team!
Reporting to the Head of Events, and working closely with the Campus Managers, the Events Officer will oversee the coordination and delivery of events which fall into two key areas:
- Recruitment events, including: Open Days/Evenings, Experience Days, UCAS and HE Fairs, School Tours
- Student events, including: Student Experience Events, Freshers Week, End of Year Showcases, Graduation Ceremonies
The role-holder will need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at hosting events and engaging with audiences both in-person and virtually. They should be an advocate of ICMP/SAE and studying creative subjects in Higher Education, equipped with strong product knowledge and a natural flair for presenting. This is an exciting role, filled with learning and development opportunities, ideal for someone with a passion for creative industries who's looking to develop a career in event management. Previous involvement in live events, including stage management, would be advantageous.
Whilst this role will predominantly be based on-site at our London campus, travelling to other campuses and locations will be required.
