Pay: £17 per hour weekday evenings/weekends – £15 per hour weekday days

Reports to: Registered Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support based on individual care plans
- Promote independence, choice, and respect at all times
- Support with meal preparation, household tasks, and social interaction
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes or concerns
- Work flexibly and travel within the community
What Were Looking For
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Understanding of safeguarding and safe working practices
- Good English comprehension and attention to detail
- A willingness to work in diverse home environments
Desirable
- QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Experience supporting people to live independently
- Access to a car with business insurance
