Salary: Up to £72k OTE and other benefits. At Van Mossel Jacksons and Van Mossel Motor Mall Isle of Man, we have a new opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Transaction Manager to join our expanding sales team in a management role.
The Transaction Manager position comes with an excellent remuneration of up to £72k OTE and other benefits:

Some of the responsibilities for the Transaction Manager position include:
- Drive vehicle sales and profitability by managing financial services and insurance product sales.
- Deliver effective sales presentations of F&I products to all customers, aiming to convert those not initially financing through the dealership.
- Measure and manage Sales Executives’ performance and skills.
- Ensure accurate completion and processing of all finance documentation to meet legal standards and achieve prompt payments.
- Maintain ongoing customer contact for repeat business and manage all finance payments and dealership records efficiently.
To be successful in the Transaction Manager role, you need:
- Recent experience as a Transaction Manager with main dealerships.
- Strong and effective communication skills and industry knowledge.
- Be open to relocate to the Isle of Man.
