This is a part-time, onsite role in Halifax, England. The role of MICE Reconciliation Administrator serves as a key point of contact between the events operations team, group finance department, suppliers, and various internal departments. This role involves ensuring effective communication, facilitating financial processes for timely project reconciliations, and supporting organizational goals and financial policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the event operations team with project reconciliations of supplier invoices, client bills, expenses, and credit cards.
  • Ensure our CRM system records accurate financial data, statuses, and other key information.
  • Conduct regular reviews with the Events Operations Team to discuss issues, delays, and escalation routes where necessary.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on event financials and statuses as requested by the Global Finance Operations Director.
  • Perform final audits on each project to facilitate final reconciliation and closure.
  • Provide training and support to the events operations team on reconciliation processes, CRM system, and financial procedures as needed.
  • Devise and collaborate on efficient processes to finalize event closeouts more effectively and quickly.
