At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Commercial team, working on various sites across the region. Most importantly, you will be joining a company that offers valuable career prospects and believes in investing in its people.

We are one of the largest green space management service providers in the UK, specialising in tree care, grounds maintenance, and landscaping. We are a green business with "green thinking" at our core, leading in green services provision since 1989, offering innovative solutions for green environment management and maintenance.
Who are you? You must hold a full, clean driving licence. Experience with driving light commercial vehicles and towing trailers is desirable. You should be reliable, conscientious, with a can-do attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently. Previous experience in grounds maintenance, horticultural tasks, and handheld machinery is desirable, but full training will be provided.
A glimpse into your role: Your responsibilities include mowing large grassed areas, strimming, blowing, line marking, renovation, hedge trimming, and general shrub bed maintenance. You may also undertake sports markings, hedge cutting, and hard surface spraying operations.
