Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective maths and English lessons to students
- Assess students' learning needs and develop tailored teaching strategies
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
- Monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Mathematics, English, or a related field
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, or a related field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience teaching maths and English
- Experience working with students of varying abilities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the national curriculum for maths and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring students
