What You’ll Do:

  • Help grow the next generation of Salesforce Administrators by providing mentoring and guidance to junior team members.

  • Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
  • Maintain system auditing evidence and documentation to meet Dojo’s requirements.
  • Create and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, and custom objects/fields to ensure efficient access and usage across the company.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows that empower teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party apps from the AppExchange to enhance Salesforce functionality.

What you’ll bring:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, with any additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer 1.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration, with experience across Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Proficient problem solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
  • Knowledge of APEX, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and Visualforce development.
  • Any exposure to working with Experience Cloud, Einstein, and AI chatbots would be a big plus.
