Role overview: Design, develop and maintain high quality, interactive digital learning content. Create and curate engaging multimedia elements, including interactive simulations, animations, graphics, audio and video to enhance the learning experience. Apply sound instructional design methodologies to ensure learning objectives are met and content is engaging, accessible and effective. Collaborate closely with internal category teams to identify learning priorities and create content that meets those goals. Collaborate with external suppliers for product learning content. Manage third-party agencies to create state-of-the-art learning content.
