WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates using resources like LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and job boards.
- Recruit for high-volume roles across our UK and European stores.
- Conduct telephone interviews and support assessment centers.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Partner with Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes, balancing quality and time-to-hire.
- Attract and engage passive candidates and build your network.
- Identify talent challenges proactively and develop impactful solutions.
- Enhance candidate experience continuously.
- Stay updated on company policies and employment law.
- Create and maintain accurate job descriptions.
