• 1 year of retail or restaurant management experience

Responsibilities

To assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve profit objectives, provide guest satisfaction, and foster a friendly and enthusiastic work environment. Responsibilities include:

• Creating a fun, productive, and respectful environment and culture
• Assisting in daily restaurant operations and working at any station as needed
• Ensuring high levels of hospitality and service as the Manager on Duty
• Maintaining food standards, quality, and safety compliance
• Managing personnel records, schedules, and reports
• Adhering to operational procedures and marketing plans
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Decision-Making Areas

• Team member assignments
• Purchasing within inventory and budget constraints
• Disciplinary actions in the absence of the General Manager
• Escalating issues appropriately
• Executing shift operations effectively

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential functions safely and effectively
• Maintaining punctual attendance
