We are hiring for 3rd Shift Production Assemblers at our facility located at 45 Sutton Road, Verona, VA 24482. The shift schedule is Sunday to Friday, 10 pm to 6 am, with a starting pay of $22.50 per hour. Performance evaluations occur at 90 days and 6 months, with potential pay increases based on performance.
Responsibilities:- Assist in all facets of assembly and manufacturing of HVAC heat exchangers.
- Read and interpret mechanical prints, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions.
- Operate tools and equipment for assembly, painting, brazing, testing, and handling components.
- Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality and conformity.
- Maintain necessary records.
- 2+ years of industrial experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Power industrial truck license required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various positions.
- Ability to wear PPE and work in an industrial environment with exposure to various elements.
- Good vision, hand-eye coordination, mechanical knowledge, and ability to understand instructions.
