As a Digital Analyst in our Finance team, your day will be a blend of data exploration, analysis, and collaboration. You will dive into business data, extracting meaningful insights that drive financial decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams globally, including product management and project leaders, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include applying automation tools like Alteryx and MS Fabric to drive efficiencies, up-skill the global finance community by introducing new technologies such as GenAI and Copilot and presenting detailed reports in Power BI. You will contribute to a deeper understanding of our financial performance and where future opportunities lie. How You Will Make an Impact
- You will actively drive our digitalisation journey:
- Build dashboards using data from sources like Snowflake with Alteryx to provide key financial insights into products and projects.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns and forecast future financial performance.
- Manage digital finance projects, coordinating timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and deliver tailored financial insights.
- Train stakeholders on BI solutions and up-skill team members on automation, while continuously seeking innovative technologies for improved financial understanding and business evolution.
What You Bring
- Degree in Finance, Data/Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Fabric, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, and robotic process automation (e.g., UiPath).
- Desirable experience with SAP and important knowledge of Snowflake.
- Strong motivation to learn new tools, enhance existing knowledge, and train the community.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate complex data insights to non-financial stakeholders.
