Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems, including floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items.
This position is Mission Essential personnel at SNGH. Must live within 30 minutes of SNGH campus. Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and be on-call as required. Support other Facility Shops as required.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Trade School Certification/Licensure
- Valid VA or NC Driver's License (In good standing)
Experience
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience
- Commercial experience preferred
- Ability to assist with other Facility Shops (Electric/HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)
