Farm in Shetland looking for an ambitious farm manager with a view to profit share and partnership. Circa 1000 acres plus substantial hill grazing, currently 800 ewes and 35 breeding cows. The farm is organic, in Agri-environment schemes, QMS and carries out conservation grazing. There is potential for expansion.
The successful candidate will:
- Have working dogs
- Have hill farm experience
- Have all necessary animal welfare, lambing, calving and shearing experience
