How will you add to the OpenPayd journey?
- Serve as the main point of contact between prospects and customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track and report on the status of all applications.
- Understand compliance policies and act as a first point for customer prechecks.
- Maintain active engagement with new leads through follow-up communications based on specific requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maximize efficiency.
- Handle day-to-day account maintenance and merchant onboarding in Salesforce and onboarding systems.
- Create prospect accounts in the back office—banking providers, users, and fees—aligned with client requirements.
- Participate in high-level discussions with external stakeholders, customer success teams, and compliance teams.
- Coordinate with internal finance teams to issue invoices for onboarding fees.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within online payments or financial services (e-wallets, banking, online processing).
- Experience as a first point of contact with customers.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- At least 1 year of experience in a revenue operations environment.
- Experience supporting sales and collaborating with stakeholders to influence decisions and drive improvements.
