How will you add to the OpenPayd journey?

  • Serve as the main point of contact between prospects and customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Track and report on the status of all applications.
  • Understand compliance policies and act as a first point for customer prechecks.
  • Maintain active engagement with new leads through follow-up communications based on specific requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maximize efficiency.
  • Handle day-to-day account maintenance and merchant onboarding in Salesforce and onboarding systems.
  • Create prospect accounts in the back office—banking providers, users, and fees—aligned with client requirements.
  • Participate in high-level discussions with external stakeholders, customer success teams, and compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams to issue invoices for onboarding fees.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within online payments or financial services (e-wallets, banking, online processing).
  • Experience as a first point of contact with customers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a revenue operations environment.
  • Experience supporting sales and collaborating with stakeholders to influence decisions and drive improvements.
