We’re working with a well reputed and growing professional services firm who are growing their Employment Law Advisory team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality, legally sound advice with a personal, empathetic touch.
- Build lasting client relationships based on trust and tailored support.
- Advise employers on a wide range of HR and employment issues.
- Deliver consultancy services such as training, hearings, and investigations.
- Work on both contentious and non-contentious matters with the support of experienced legal experts.
- Participate in a rota to offer clients 24/7 support.
- Occasionally visit clients on-site to strengthen partnerships.
What You’ll Need
- Solid understanding of Employment Law and HR advisory.
- Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications such as LLB, LPC, CIPD Level 7 or QBE.
- Confident handling of performance & absence management, grievance & disciplinary issues, redundancy & TUPE, discrimination cases.
- Tribunal/litigation experience is a bonus (not essential).
