Internal Sales Executive – Sales Support Coordinator - SME Manufacturer. Varied growth role to support the business development activities of the Sales Director. Learn the manufacturing and engineering solutions market.

  • Support with expanding existing contacts and clients and identifying new opportunities.

Β£28,000 - Β£30,000 plus Β£6,000 - Β£8,000 bonus – 33 days holiday. Progression opportunity, learn and grow into a field sales role with car, bonus and benefits – or just stay in the internal Sales role. There are opportunities. Office based Monday to Friday.

We need a pro-active sales related person to work for this Β£25 million turnover client, entrepreneurial established, and looking to grow! Great customer base and superb engineering solutions into a variety of sectors! You will be supported by the Sales Manager. Great team – family-feel – career progression and growth!

This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated sales/sales support person with excellent B2B sales skills and personality. Do you have manufacturing synergy, and can you understand the profile of technical and engineering departments? Are you comfortable making cold calls and generating new business?

The role and responsibility:

  • A role for a motivated product range salesperson who has good experience within account management, sales support, new business, sales admin and B2B sales.
  • Ideally you will be from a large product portfolio background with energy, personality, and ability to spot opportunity and ask the right questions.
  • You must be resilient and be comfortable dealing with engineers and manufacturing and industrial clients.
  • You will have at least 2 years solid B2B sales experience – be able to drive and report to the Sales Director who is a motivated and dynamic lady.
  • You will want to earn bonus and help develop this territory. You will live in commutable distance to Rugby HQ – This is an office-based role.
