A well-established, family-run firm with over 25 years of experience delivering commercial and industrial refurbishment projects throughout the UK is looking to add a Senior Contracts Manager. You will be based at the Head Office in Leeds with nationwide coverage. There is a company car with the role (car allowance if preferred).
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment contracts, ranging in value from £5,000 to £3 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a broad understanding of industrial construction processes to effectively plan, manage, and troubleshoot throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and implementation of construction phase plans
- Development and management of detailed construction programmes
- Liaison with Site Managers and Supervisors to coordinate daily operations
- Management of subcontractor and client relationships
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance in collaboration with site teams
- Preparation of monthly financial valuations and reports
- Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a Contracts Manager role within commercial or industrial refurbishment
