YOUR ROLE:

  • As a Credit Controller / Finance Assistant, you’ll be a key part of both the finance and admin functions.
  • Running daily bank statements and allocating receipts/payments
  • Weekly bank reconciliations and chasing overdue accounts
  • Managing remittance advice and account queries
  • Processing purchase invoices and payment runs
  • Assisting with sales admin: order processing, delivery bookings, export documents
  • Handling invoice/credit queries, returns, and reporting
