An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. This is a multi-skilled position covering all aspects of production across the flour mill. The position is based on a shift system of four on/four off, which includes two days & two nights. The role reports to the Production Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Work within the Company Health and Safety guidelines, adhering to the critical life standards policy.
- Ensure all food safety compliance requirements are maintained within the plant.
- Work towards production targets to ensure performance excellence across the site.
- Conduct laboratory testing of wheat & flour to ensure high quality standards.
- Accurately complete all required documentation.
- Support other site functions such as Weighbridge, Warehouse & Hygiene when required.
