We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a prestigious commercial complex for a reputable corporate client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance of high-end commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation
- Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
- Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
- Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site
- Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact
- Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced leader with a strong technical background in M&E maintenance
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload proactively and drive team performance
- Well-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing role
- Flexible to work occasional weekends as needed
- Relevant qualifications (HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical, 18th Edition, etc.)
