Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients for LHH CT&M through strategic prospecting and collaboration with marketing and SDR teams.
- Partner with an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships within an existing client portfolio.
- Maintain 100% retention of current contracts, negotiating and securing new contracts before expiry, with internal approval for commercial terms.
- Utilize Salesforce proficiently to log activities and forecast accurately.
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure service consistency and identify improvement areas.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience selling customized talent solutions, including HR, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, and workforce transformation.
- Proficiency in various sales techniques such as face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations.
- Experience selling across multiple business lines within large financial organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership in sales, influencing virtual global teams, and executing strategic sales plans.
- Proven ability to prospect and develop new business over a large territory.
