Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as an Equipment Pilates Instructor at Body Alliance in Brixton. The role involves conducting Pilates sessions, creating personalized exercise plans, and guiding clients on proper techniques to improve their physical well-being.

Qualifications

• Pilates Equipment Teaching Qualification
• Exercise Therapy skills
• Experience in conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Previous experience working in a clinical Pilates setting
• Certification in Pilates Instruction or Physiotherapy with Equipment Pilates training
• Experience in working with diverse client populations
