As a Marketplace Catalogue Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing Teemill’s presence across third-party online marketplaces. From supporting the onboarding of new platforms to expanding product ranges, you’ll help ensure our brand and the brands we work with are discoverable, compliant, and set up for success. You’ll assist with uploading products, formatting data, integrating feeds, and ensuring listings meet the specific requirements of each marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, has a technical mindset, and wants to help drive growth through smart execution. Responsibilities
- Monitor catalogue health and performance across all marketplaces, identifying opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and range effectiveness.
- Ensure listings are not just uploaded, but actively optimised to look great, meet platform expectations, and drive real results.
- Support the onboarding and catalogue setup process for new marketplace accounts (e.g. Decathlon, NEXT, Amazon).
- Help manage and expand marketplace catalogues by uploading new collections and categories that align with search demand.
- Format and prepare product data to meet marketplace standards, including image specs, titles, descriptions, and compliance.
- Assist with feed integrations (e.g. Mirakl, Shopify, CSV uploads), troubleshoot upload errors, and help run test batches.
- Translate marketplace-specific requirements into clear internal actions (e.g. KYC, green claims compliance, data formatting).
- Work closely with the design, sales and marketing teams to prepare listings for both in-house and licensed products.
- Use keyword tools or internal data to help shape new product lines around trending or high-volume search terms.
- Use AI tools and pre-built prompts to generate compliant and keyword-optimised product descriptions.
- Review onboarding portals to ensure all company information is correctly submitted and up-to-date.
- Liaise with fulfilment teams to test packaging and ensure we meet marketplace order requirements.
- Support the trading team with product uploads, insights, and readiness for key sales campaigns.
- Track and report on listing performance and recommend improvements to optimise product discovery and sales.
Qualifications
- A-levels or equivalent qualifications.
- 5 GCSE’s grade A*-C/9-4 including in English and Maths.

- Technical and process-driven mindset – confident in learning platforms and resolving basic issues.

- Experience in sustainable fashion, licensing, or print-on-demand is a bonus but not essential.
