The Senior Product Learning Manager will play a critical role to lead the development and execution of the UK&I Product Learning strategy for the business. The role will have the responsibility for managing a small product learning team who will be instrumental in ensuring our stores teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide expert advice and product knowledge to our customers.

Role overview:
- Key Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a product learning strategy aligned to business goals and will ensure good customer outcomes.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps related to new and existing technology products.
- Lead the design and development of engaging and effective learning content including e-learning modules, videos, documents and instructor led training materials.
- Evaluate and select learning technologies and tools (LMS, AI authoring, video platforms) to optimise learning delivery.
- Establish and track key learning metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on learning plans, progress and results.
- Overall accountability for the product learning team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
