What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day admin tasks
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Managing schedules, calendars, and internal documents
- Processing paperwork and ensuring smooth onboarding for new staff
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and maintaining client records
- Ordering supplies and liaising with external vendors as needed
- Supporting and assisting with our recruitment pipeline and hiring team
