The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subscription Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that attract new subscribers across a suite of subscription packages, using both online and offline channels. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to achieve ambitious growth targets while ensuring brand consistency.

Skills and Experience
- Deliver subscription sales volume, revenue, and customer lifetime value (LTV) targets across all channels
- Proven expertise in both online (paid media, social, email) and offline (direct mail, print) campaign management
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using analytics platforms
- 3-4 years’ experience in global acquisition marketing within a subscription-based environment
