WeDoData are working exclusively with a forward-thinking further education college in Greater London, who are looking for a full-time, permanent Head of MIS to lead their busy information and exams function. The Senior Leadership team really understands the value of a high performing data and exams function and have embraced technology in order to deliver the best service possible.
The ideal candidate can have either a funding/compliance or a technical systems background (or both) however will crucially bring proven, strong leadership skills to a team of 7 direct reports (MIS) and 6 indirect reports (exams). You will be involved in strategic business planning and driving how the college uses technology and data to support their staff and learners.
The client is especially interested in candidates looking to make a step up to strategic leadership, as well as candidates already doing so. Overall this is a great role that will allow the chosen candidate to make a real impact and effect positive change!
In return, my client can offer a salary of £52,204 plus 35 days annual leave (an additional 5 college closure days and 8 bank holidays), access to local government pension, access to training and courses and more.
