Due to growth of the company, they are now looking to welcome an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Coordinate property marketing materials, including scheduling photography and gathering accurate floorplans for new listings
- Create or oversee engaging video content for social media and encourage reviews
- Stay informed about the local property market
- Oversee the sales progression process, identifying and resolving any issues
- Promote and cross-sell additional services
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales Negotiator position with a proven record of hitting targets
- A full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle
- Good communication skills and the ability to solve problems
- To thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
