Role: We seek a well-organized, customer-focused Product Administrator & Customer Service Assistant to support our busy retail and online store, managing stock, product listings, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Oversee stock deliveries, manage inventory in EPOS and online systems, and coordinate product displays.
- Product & Brand Knowledge: Develop expertise in allocated brands, attend training, and stay updated on trends.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, process orders, and provide product advice, especially for equestrian needs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate product info and promotions.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for the equestrian and country lifestyle markets.
- Familiarity with EPOS and e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to use initiative.
This is a full-time role with some weekend work to support peak times.
