Afin d’offrir une offre de garde pour les familles installées sur le territoire, le Bassin de Pompey a ouvert au cours de ces dernières années quatre structures multi-accueil, une micro-crèche, une crèche familiale ainsi qu’un relais petite enfance et un lieu d’accueil parents-enfants dans le cadre du déploiement de la Maison Intercommunale de la Petite Enfance. Cette dynamique permet le déploiement d’une politique publique au plus proche des familles et un véritable soutien à la parentalité.
Dans ce cadre, le Bassin de Pompey recherche un/une assistant(e) d'accueil petite enfance H/F à temps non complet (50%) pour la structure multi-accueil Grain de Sel située à Bouxières-aux-Dames (18 places).
Sous la responsabilité de la directrice de la structure multi-accueil, vous aurez pour missions de :
- Assurer l’accueil et l’encadrement des enfants confiés
- Apporter les soins et la surveillance aux enfants accueillis, dans le respect du projet éducatif de l’établissement et des protocoles de soins
- Participer à l’organisation et à la réalisation des activités d’éveil et des animations
- Participer à l’accueil et à l’information des parents
- Participer au rangement et à l’entretien du matériel pédagogique et technique
Profil
- CAP AEPE exigé
- Connaissance du développement physique et affectif de l’enfant
- Maîtrise des soins d’hygiène et des activités d’éveil dans le respect de la sécurité, du bien-être et de l’épanouissement de l’enfant
- Sens du travail en équipe
- Disponibilité (horaires de travail de 7h30 à 18h30 par rotation), discrétion et dynamisme. Travail les mardis, mercredis et un lundi sur deux.
