Our supervisors work on shifts, typically from 22:00 to 06:00, working any 5 days in 7.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Warehouse Operatives and oversee operations in your zone, including throughput, parcel presentation, productivity, and achieving forecasted CPU against targets.
- Support the Process Manager with the quality of sortation and performance against MI measurements.
- Manage and control Client SLA’s, load presentation, infeed and blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, mis-sorts, damages, and scanning compliance, depending on your area.
- Conduct coaching, 121’s, performance reviews, and team meetings with Operatives.
- Maintain all reporting documentation and manifests to required standards and timescales.
- With support from the Process Manager, ensure all H&S, hygiene, and quality audits are completed, including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your zone during shifts.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in logistics or distribution, ideally managing a team of operatives.
- Ability to work at pace and meet challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence using data and interpersonal skills.
