Your Team:
- Responsible for team performance, development, and retention, understanding what motivates your team and how to lead, engage, motivate, and recognize them
- Role model Atlas values, communicate purpose, priorities, and targets regularly
- Foster a learning culture, focusing on learning, feedback, growth, and skill development
- Manage recruitment and onboarding, ensuring thorough induction and positive probationary experience

Your Guests and Your Hotel:

- Interpret guest feedback, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve satisfaction scores
- Ensure the hotel passes all evaluations and audits successfully
Required Experience:
