Organisational design consultant

ACF is looking for an organisational design consultant to support the next phase of our development. We want you to review our staffing structure and ways of working to become a more lean and agile organisation, financially sustainable and fit for the future. You will have experience with purpose-driven or membership-based organisations of similar size to ACF (headcount c20), adaptive people-centred design expertise, and a practical outcome-focused approach that balances strategic thinking with delivery.
