Make an impact within our Employment Tax team at RSM UK. Our national employer solutions team is a progressive group specialising in three key areas: domestic employment tax, global employer services and share plan and reward. With a talented team of 100 specialists across the UK, we provide practical and tailored support to our clients, helping them navigate intricate employment tax issues, manage global workforce challenges, and create effective reward strategies. This holistic approach not only enhances compliance and efficiency but also supports the strategic goals of our clients, making RSM a trusted partner in the ever-changing landscape of employer solutions.
Joining us as an Employment Tax Associate Director in one of our national offices (Birmingham, Leeds, London, Cambridge, Gatwick, Bristol, Guildford, Reading or Southampton), you will be working within a strong and growing team and would suit an individual who is passionate about navigating the complexities of employment tax and who is looking to build their career in a progressive environment where your personality and expertise can make a significant impact. Although our preference would be for someone to be based in the above mentioned locations, as we work towards a more national approach, we are more than welcome to receive applications from candidates closely based to any of our UK offices.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Collaborating with a national team of 100 experts.
- Working alongside some exceptional team members, providing cutting-edge solutions to our diverse client base.
- Contributing to raising the bar in employment tax standards by using your skills and knowledge in a practical and insightful way.
- Focusing on key areas for your clients including employment tax risk and governance, off-payroll workers, national minimum wage, payrolling of benefits and much more.
- Engaging with a variety of clients, from FTSE 100 companies and large overseas parented subsidiaries to PE-backed firms and founder-led, fast growth businesses.
