Your role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to join our Data Centre Support team based in Belfast. Your primary role will involve providing Data Centre support for internal, private, and public sector customers to ensure services remain operational. Responsibilities include change management, planning hardware installations and decommissions, infrastructure monitoring, and maintaining databases and toolsets. You will also manage incidents promptly within a defined process.

The successful candidate will work closely with other Data Centre teams and Fujitsu Business units to safeguard customer services, maintain Data Centre standards, and uphold configuration management.

This is a site-based role requiring attendance Monday to Friday.

The candidate must obtain SC security clearance.
