• Rate: £32 – £34 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the Community team at Nottinghamshire County Council. The role involves working with safeguarding and older adults, and requires experience with the Duty System, Ageing Well Case Work, and the Mosaic System. The position offers hybrid working, with a minimum of two days in the office and participation in team meetings. Training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Experience with Duty System (office-based duty work)
• Experience in Ageing Well Case Work
• Skilled in Safeguarding and working with Older Adults
• Experience with Mosaic System
• Hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office and attendance at team meetings

Candidate Qualifications:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree or equivalent in Social Work
