Job Title: Customer Services Advisor

Our client is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their Customer Experience Team in Guernsey. The role involves working 37 hours per week on a shift rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient support to customers via phone or online
• Handle customer queries, faults, and service requests
• Strive for customer excellence by ensuring all interactions are friendly and efficient
