Job Title: Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor

Our client is a franchised car dealership seeking to recruit a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor to join their team.

As part of the team, your focus will be on delivering a high level of brand experience to customers, with a commitment to making a difference and seeking long-term career progression.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all service telephone and walk-in inquiries.
2. Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify their needs for vehicle drop-off.
3. Progress and update customers throughout the day.
4. Discuss and upsell additional work; advise and forward diarised unsold work.
5. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to the customer.

About You:

• Must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor or above.
• Preferably with prestige brand experience.
• Must possess excellent customer handling skills.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach.
• Must have a valid driving license.
