We’re working with a leading national construction company to recruit a Design Manager for the delivery of two high-profile legacy development projects in Bexleyheath. These schemes involve the refurbishment of residential buildings over 18 metres, with a particular focus on re-cladding, fire safety remediation, and ensuring compliance with the latest building safety regulations.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to technically complex and safety-critical projects in a collaborative, experienced, and supportive team environment. You’ll be working alongside professionals from across the construction and consultancy sectors, with a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing, open communication, and a commitment to quality outcomes.
