At Lookers Mercedes-Benz of Gatwick, we have an exciting opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom/Service Host. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing a world-class experience.

Our reception team, or Showroom Hosts, are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and let their friendly personalities shine during each interaction. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, this is the right role for you!

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for our customers
• Ensuring the dealership is tidy and well-presented at all times and that customers are well taken care of
• Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Assisting with general administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handling customer interactions over the phone and via email
• Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards to keep our showroom welcoming. Excellent communication skills, confidence, assertiveness, warmth, empathy, and friendliness are essential. You should have experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
