We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Campaigns to join our brilliant Marketing Department on a permanent, full-time basis. We are committed to improving diversity and inclusion across our organisation. The Head of Campaigns will lead the campaigns team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for all elements of the Globe's offering, operating a test-and-learn approach where data and reporting are built into planning and decision-making. They will be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills to build close working relationships across the organisation and externally, and will manage team members with a collaborative approach, guiding their personal development and ensuring high performance.

The Marketing department includes a Campaigns team, a Design and Brand team and a Digital Content team. The Head of Campaigns manages the Campaigns team, with two direct reports (Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager). They will report into the Head of Marketing.
