We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Campaigns to join our brilliant Marketing Department on a permanent, full-time basis. The Head of Campaigns will lead the campaigns team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for all elements of the Globe's offering, operating a test-and-learn approach where data and reporting are built into planning and decision-making. They will be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills to build close working relationships across the organisation and externally, and will manage team members with a collaborative approach, guiding their personal development and ensuring high performance.

The Marketing department includes a Campaigns team, a Design and Brand team and a Digital Content team. The Head of Campaigns manages the Campaigns team, with two direct reports (Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager). They will report into the Head of Marketing.
