Role Summary:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal looking to grow with a modern and flexible practice. You’ll play a key role supporting attorneys on a broad range of trademark work while enjoying true remote working and the autonomy to manage your workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing trademark filings and renewals: Build deep knowledge across diverse client portfolios

• Handling correspondence with clients and trademark offices: Enhance your client service and communication skills

• Supporting attorneys with prosecution and enforcement matters: Work on varied and stimulating IP challenges

• Maintaining accurate records and deadlines in docketing systems: Develop meticulous attention to detail in a high-trust environment

Requirements:

• 3–4 years’ experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal

• Strong understanding of UK and international trade mark processes

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Confident working independently in a remote setup
