Job Title: Shift Maintenance Technician | Location: Avonmouth, Bristol

Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off Days and Nights

Role Overview:

As a Shift Maintenance Technician at the Avonmouth bakery, you will perform electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repairs on factory equipment in a high-pressure environment. Your main responsibility is to ensure smooth machine operation and minimize downtime through planned and reactive maintenance.

You should be resilient and adaptable, working with a team of skilled technicians to address various equipment issues. This role values quality work and team collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a factory setting
• Ability to use initiative in solving machinery issues
