Commercial Property Solicitor (Senior)

The Opportunity:

In very attractive offices in Great Malvern, Whatley Recordon is a highly respected firm known for its strong reputation across Worcestershire and Herefordshire wishing to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor.

This is a prime opportunity for a senior individual seeking a fresh challenge, or a senior associate that aspires to partnership.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor position
• Experience handling sale and purchase of commercial property, development, leases, landlord & tenant, and refinancing

Preferred:

• Residential property experience to enable supervision and managerial role across the whole Property department

The firm’s newly refurbished offices are situated in the town centre on the side of the beautiful Malvern Hills with fabulous views over Worcestershire. The firm is family friendly and open to flexible working hours.
